The science
Why it stays on after it dries
GermProof® bonds 200 ppm chelated silver to vegan chitosan derived from mushrooms — not from shellfish. The result is a positively charged molecule.
Your skin carries a slight negative charge, so the molecule is drawn to it and holds on, forming an invisible, breathable barrier. That is the whole difference: alcohol has to stay wet to do anything, and evaporates in seconds. A barrier keeps doing its job for hours after it dries.
